We tried that route with no luck. The local guy said that the old ones were in too bad of shape and he also thought that the pipe was a weird diameter. Also, one of the flanges appears to be of a special design. These things fit in a very confined area so there is not much room for error in the bending process. We do appreciate your suggestion.
