if there is a slight bit of excessive resistance in the wires from the battery to the cigarette outlet in the tractor cab where the EZ-Steer is plugged into, then this could cause the fault you are seeing. It is a lot less expensive to change a few wires in the tractor than ripping into some electronics without a schematic diagram and test procedure. The EZ-Steer comes with a 2 year warranty. are you sure you are over the 2 years and not still covered? I thought the product started shipping less than 2 years ago.
