I had that same thing last fall. Tech said I needed to do the update and direct wire it. That did not help. I end up having a bad curcuit board that had to repair under warranty at ag express. It cost me 4 days of not being able to use the system when I really needed it. Call ag leader tech support. Don't call trimble tech, they only talk to dealers. What a joke. Good luck
