E.Central MN | I don't raise pigs, had some when I was a kid. Got a kick out of them old sows grunting in the barn when they heard me coming with a pail of feed. But when someone new(my cousin) came into the barn, I thought they were going to chew thru the gate and kill him. Hogs are like most people, they seem to like boring repetition (eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep) whether its in a farrowing crate or not. Whoever decided that it is abuse needs to have their head examined. | |
