His first wife may still have it. She caught him in a compromising situation and she won the farm in the divorce. And she also told how he cheated. He moved to Nebraska, but couldn't replicate his Iowa results. I suspect he was cheating more than his wife knew, like with subterranean irrigation since his crops were not overly big for irrigated Iowa soil.
