i've been on the phone for days w/ ag chem on this. your answer was by far the best i've gotten so far. even when the made me call tech support the 1st thing they wanted was a cc#. its like 2 bucks a min or somthing stupid, then he put me on HOLD why he went to ask another guy cuz he said uhhh?? not sure let me go ask sombody else. ?Really???
