Subject: Shattercane in corn

This is my first year planting RR corn in central Kansas. Shattercane is the biggest problem or concern.
I read about all the preplant chemicals being used and want some advice on what to do. Should I
use much of a preplant program since I know I will spray roundup for the shattercane at least twice
as a postemerge. These acres are following soybeans and are very clean. Grass is not too much of an
issue. I have my own spray rig and will go as many times as needed pre and post.
Thanks
Duane
