I have a neighbor who buys from Midway, they have been pretty good to him. If you are coming from the South you might want to drive through Holdrege and stop at Jannsen's. They have a ford and chevy dealership, both along hwy 6-34, I haven't dealt with the chevy place but do the ford, they seem pretty good.
As far as the privacy law, I have never heard anything like that.
