Actually Chris, I think a bit differently. I imagine the fella is just plainly fishing for what people perceive as the best and why.
Nothing sells better then personal reviews. I know if 4 out of 5 tell me it's a pile.......I'm more than likely not going to be very sold on number 5's opinion.
