I've never heat dried soybean seed. By some miracle we actually cut them dry although several weeks late.

From what I read late last October, heat drying at 100° doesn't hurt a bit. It's no warmer than a hot August day anyway. If the drying temp was kept low the heat can't cook the germ and they should be fine.
