Subject: Saving Soybean Seed That has been Dried?

If soybeans went into the bin @ 18-20% moisture and were dried in a 16,000 Bushel bin (stirators) with air & heat will that kill the germ just like running seed through a drier will or will I be safe to use this seed? Thanks
