NW Washington
I would just go up and then out through the wall and then out far enough so that the exhaust does not foul up the siding. Does this stove use the coaxial pipe arrangement with the exhaust in the middle and the air intake on the outside? Here is a link on how to install a chimney/vent for a corn or pellet stove. http://www.hartshearth.com/Download/PelletVent-Pro-Oct07.pdf
Local building/fire code rules might be an issue too. You have to keep your insurance man happy too.
