Looks like a good coat of Turtle Wax or similar on the interior bucket surface should work. Don't know for how long.
I like the idea of the red/clear substance which would probably be easy to apply periodically with a hand pump sprayer that could be carried on the tractor.
Rubberized cloth/sheeting for snow release from bucket?
