As this may sound elementary, it isn't ment that way - do you keep the loader bucket in a heated or above freezing shop or barn? Snow shouldn't stick to metal if it is cold (below 32F). It's common here to keep loader / snow buckets outside and bring the loader, tractor in. If the outside weather is warm and the snow wet it'll stick regardless of what you put on it . . ..
