I planted with EZ steer and Omnistar HP and was never able to use the autosteer to sidedress, was kinda disappointed. Hills, contours, straight flat half mile rows didn't seem to matter. Think we will go to RTK this year but I am not convinced it will be the answer yet. Really I just want to be able to sidedress corn after dark and not have to be stressed after spending all that money...
