He's a little on the smart a$$ side but knows his parts. I really don't know what you're asking for but if you have a part number they can order it. Now if you speak Spanish there's several parts guy's you can talk to with a thick accent in English.
They are also very familiar with shipping off shore, due to the amount of sugarcane equipment they deal with.
