| the government mandated a good percentage setaside program because of the huge crop after the 94 year. We had a wet spring then a hot dry summer all at the same time china was importing huge amounts of corn. As we got into the 96 crop year the east has some wet spring weather and then it turned hot later in the spring early summer. If any of those didn't happen we wouldn't have seen five dollarcorn. It was the last pure demand market. | |
