Does he clean and service the rig. Chemicals in bulk and metered or does he have to measure and poor and rinse or is everything "blow and go"? If he screws up , who pays? Around here "blow and go" operators get 50 cents bonus after base salary That's too much for some and not nearly enough for others. Oh, I only know of one female operator and she is the best. Doesn't get the acres of the young guns but I can't spot her fields from a quarter mile away by the waterway/fencerow/grassback burns and skips like I can some others.
