I never said Becks was marketing that stuff.  I understand Becks did have something to do with the material linked on the first post of this thread.  Perhaps Becks had nothing to do with it? 

There are more variables involved with biological matters than I will ever know or understand.  Yet, I believe there is a big difference between being sloppy in methods and making a good attempt to eliminate as many variables as possible to reach a more solid conclusion.  If Becks has good hybrids, I doubt they got there by being sloppy.  My point is that presenting tests that appear to have been done in a sloppy fashion reflects poorly on the company.  It's unfortunate.  It also reflects poorly on the products being tested.  That's just my opinion. 

I'd still consider planting some Becks based on the merrits of the hybrid as shown in some well managed tests despite the sort of data presented above.  I'd have to look past that sort of thing to do business with them.
