Tim:

Here is a thread I started earlier: http://talk.newagtalk.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=132653&posts=13#M938521

What is really misleading, is how they test for the toxin levels. Depending on what type of test they use, generally only 5-10 GRAMS is used per sample. Just think about that. Out of a whole semi load, if you get even one really bad kernal in the sample it can send you over the limit. It would be just as likely to get a bunch of good kernals to give a low/negative test. This is why you can get different levels in the same load.  Most tests take that 5-10 grams and grind it up in a coffee grinder till if makes flour. Then it is put in tubes and reagents added, centrifuges, then litmus paper etc.

The main point is, the testing is not really representative.

Tim, I sent you an e-mail by the way.
