You can as long as the Fescue isnt too big. Get is sprayed before it takes on next spring or you will have a very healthy crop of grass in a hurry. Did some coustom NH3 a few years ago on some sod for a guy and he didnt get it sprayed for a month, he had a mess once he got it sprayed.
