I am, actually. "Virgin Acid" is acid, nitric acid in this case, that isn't a byproduct of some other process. I guess that's important for some reason. (More sarcasm.)
Urea is melted in water. It forms an endothermic reaction. Usually a 16-0-0 liquid is made from melting 46-0-0 dry and it is the most stable, but if the process uses hot water and insulated trailers/tanks are used for transport and storage then a 23-0-0 liquor is possible.
I tried it once with 15 gallons of water. It dissolved fine, but I ended up with sand on the bottom and oil on the top. Do you use special urea for this?
