| I'll you assume you aren't being sarcastic.
Orthophosphate? Why does that matter? Poly will be converted to orthophosphate before the plant can even intercept it.
28% Virgin acid? Never heard of it. What is it? Does this mean that my plants have been getting "deflowered" fertilizer? Is the acid still "virgin" if it associates with other fertilizer sources?
Chelated Zinc. Yes, the zinc must be compatible with fertilizer. It's always good when it doesn't turn to snot.
pH balance. Most, in fact, probably all liquid blends are balanced for stability. Many times aqua ammonia is added to raise the solution pH to neutral.
Why must it be "salt free?"
Melting Urea. Yes, that is possible. Urea is melted in water. It forms an endothermic reaction. Usually a 16-0-0 liquid is made from melting 46-0-0 dry and it is the most stable, but if the process uses hot water and insulated trailers/tanks are used for transport and storage then a 23-0-0 liquor is possible.
