Subject: Corn Test Weight?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but it wouldn't be the first one I've ever asked! I had a field of corn next to the barn that I took 2 semi loads off on October 21st. They tested 25% M and 53.4 TW. I ran the rest of it last night and hauled it in this morning. This last load tested 16.6% and 59.3 TW. Now I get the drying part of it going down, but what causes the test weight to jump so much?

Also, this was in those "yield robbing", 38" wide rows which caused it to only make 194 dry bu/A.
