I can't claim first hand experience with RTK radios, we have a couple of projects on the drawing board but nothing accomplished yet. However from a radio engineering perspective, I can tell you that as you move up in frequency RF energy becomes more line of sight in nature and suffers more absorbtion losses in foliage. I would speculate that the 450 radios would serve better.
