N East Sask, Canada | Auto shift tranny is the same as a 10 speed stick, except that the electronics do all the engine rpm matching and shifting for you. Just put the accelerator down and watch the rpm's change on their own. Any one drives like a pro, you can not hurt the truck or tranny by a poor shift. We have used one for two years and I just love it. An automatic is totally different, and I have now experience with one. Check the post on Smart shift. | |
