I also keep a spare fan belt for the 9500 like you do. Also keep common wear items like sickle sections, auger fingers, older belts that came off the combine, as well as oil, antifreeze, etc.

I really do not see any backorder problems around here. There are 3 dealerships within 30 minutes of me. One had a hydrostat on had, so we put that in when it was raining this fall. Oh, I do have JD equipment, btw. The dealers are good, helpful, and stock a lot of parts. Other brands and I would have problems getting parts (CASE) as in the trouble we went through to get new augers for the Brent 420.
