Subject: Rimsulfuron (Resolve) in Corn Q's

Victoria, Australia

Hi all,

Have quite a bit of panicum type grass escape through pre em treatment. We basically have no Post em grass selectives in Australia for corn, but noticed a Rimsulfuron product for tomato registered here, it is the same active as you Resolve DF, and was wondering what your experiences were with the product, ie Crop saftey (Conventional Hybrid), and if it will do a job on this type of grass? Corn is currently V4.

The other product is iodosulfuron (Hussar) over here, but seems to be limited info on its use in corn.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Jim
