Where are you? At this late date I would rather go at 18% but 20% might be OK. The best thing is to get it out of the field and into the bin as field drying is about done. Once you get it in the bin you are better off if you level it to even up air flow. Turn the fans on and monitor closely. You need to check it at different levels to know where the drying front is and to try not to over-dry the bottom. How long do you want to store it? There are tables that show storage days at different moisture levels. If you can core out the middle sometime in the winter, you will know what moisture you have. When you get close to 15% you can turn off the fans and store till summer.
