Subject: RE: Crustbuster or Great Plains drill

Panhandle of Texas

What do you guys think of the Great Plains Solid Stand 30 double disc drills on 7.5" spacings ?

Are replacement parts terribly high on these drills?  Do they have the down pressure and the clearance to go through milo stalks?  Would this be a good set of drills to own?  Long lived?

I just don't want to purchase something like this, only to find out after the fact that they are not all that great. . .

TIA for the help.
