| I wouldn't plumb the PTO into the maxi system because you will need to move at times and not want to disengage the PTO. I have seen them plumbed into the air ride tho. They need to dump the bags to engage the PTO. Surely they'll cue into that fairly quickly going down the road... A big red PTO ENGAGED light on the dash might help too.
Beyond that, plumb the suction with large SUCTION hose. I'd use 2" myself. I'd also suggest putting a ball valve on the bottom of the tank so you don't need to drain the tank every time you need to remove a line for something... It costs a bit more now but will save some misery later.
You DO NOT want 1" suction on any decent sized pump. It will just starve the pump, cause cavitation... and soon you'll be looking for a new pump.
