Rick, welcome to NAT!!! If you click on your own post there is an "edit" button. Change the title or message text as you wish and hit submit again.
Edit: Sorry I didn't understand the question. You can change the title of the post by simply by clearing it off with the backspace button and replacing it when you initially post.
