I agree wholeheartedly w/your statement. But, it doesn't always mean there is something amiss w/the local dealership. I've asked G* questions here before & they were answered by folks from MN, IA, & all points beyond. However, I've also seen posts that have questions answered in a bona-fide method by our local JD folks that were posting.

Personally, I think what we're seeing is the real power of the World-Wide-Web!! JD's web isn't as big as ours!
