I know what you mean. Had a 6420 with 2000 hrs lose the inner bearing on the rear planetary, which of course ruined the shaft, seals, housing, etc and costing nearly $10,000. This economy sure has me thinking about rolling the dice on the 4450, but it is a tough decision when repairs add up like they do. Thanks for all the responses!
