western NY | We have the same situation and bought a Rem vac several years ago and don't know how we got along without it. On full bins you have no trouble getting 2500bu per hour with it, cleaning up can be a bit slow but still faster than a 6" auger and much easier to set up than chopping ice around the bin unloader. When we aren't using it some neighbor normally has it and over the years the rent alone has almost paid for the original cost. | |
