I am sleeping 6-7 hours but need 8. Once in awhile I get so tired I can sleep 8 or 9 and I am a lot better.
I keep saying moderation in everything to myself but trying to do that is hard.
Hang in there Brian, we are pulling for you.
Need to see a good doctor and straighten those things out. Sleep Aids scare me.
Sominex was the first I had heard of and became a popular allergy drug, might mess some people up but over the counter.
