Well sorry for the delay to answer your question it would be under 2'' of deflection although this is consider safe you will max out your given pressure at which normal structural steel would fail. with a 4 ton load mid span on a 20' span you will have about a 1.971421'' deflection I can give you more information later. A acceptable deflection would be around 1/4''.
