Near-north Ontario, French River | Down here in Essex county, most are getting close to being done beans, I'd say 85-90perent done overall. North part of the county is pretty well done, with the southern half ( north shore of lake Erie) lagging behind. Have heard of some coming off, testing in high 20-low 30's for moisture, no idea on the yeild. Rain forecast on and off here for the next week or so, so beans are gonna be a while yet. Bean yields have been excellent. |
