Biggest problem, obviously, is the bottom is too dry and the top dry enough.

No matter what you do---the bottom will be dryer.

Is your grain level?

What are your plans for this grain? Moving it all at once or some at a time?

Anywho, I would run the fan with a small amount of heat to remove the humidity for as long as it takes to get below 14% at the top.

You don't have to be vicious on the temp at all, but air flow needs to move.

you give some heat, it will help dry them things.
