Remsen, Iowa | It is a DMC stirrator, round and round the bin while moving in and out center to edge of bin. On all the time. The temperature is taken under the floor near where the plenum enters the bin. The temp is currently set on 150 degrees.
Today when I looked inside the bin, it smells like we are cooking sweet corn.
I have a second bin, afraid to put any in it till I see how this turns out. | |
