They will creep if the incline is steep enough.
One test of hydro condition is to park it on an incline and see how fast it creeps down hill. Faster = more wear in the hydraulic motor.
Also depends on the gear the combine is parked in. The higher the trans gear, the more slippage it induces in the hydrostat motor.
