| I've fixed cracked plastic foamer tanks with Seal All with good luck. I sanded the plastic around the crack (220 grit), cleaned it with alcohol, and covered it with Seal All. Let dry for a few hours (overnight preferably). One crack has held for over a year and the foamer tank is under pressure. Should work fine for a sprayer tank in a pinch, too. If it's cracked from age or UV though, it might crack or shatter big time. Personally, I'd be more comfortable with a new tank unless I was REALLY busy spraying and had to keep moving.
