If you are sure it is 17 I don't like to pull humid air into it but it will heat up some. How much depends on your system.

Some shut it off, some leave it on.

If it heats up you need air, otherwise I don't want to pull in moisture.

Last year I ran the fans for over a month but the air was much drier.

You might run the fan every night when the air is cooler if it is not raining.

Some will say just keep them on until you draw out some of the natural heat off 17% corn.
