FDIC has their own set of major major problems at present....Banks being asked to pay 3 yrs FDIC Ins. premiums up front right now......with the amount of banks having went down, and projected to fail....FDIC is being stretched past the limit, technically could consider them broke....but they can always tap the Treas/Fed for printed money imo
