New Mexico | Kinda like alot of other govt deals.
That's why legislative bills are 1000 to 1500 pages long...thus they can be implemented to whatever "color sky" that specific long term employees of yet another division of govt may so desire to paint.
Make a bill long enough...and it Truely exempts most everyone through a process called the "fine print."
Is COOL really about food safety ( or even TRUE country of origin of products ), or moreso about more govt jobs and department expansions?
