Don/Old Pokey has an interesting link from Canadian research in his post under feeding whole corn below that gets into an extensive discussion on bloat.

One of the comments made regarding "feedlot  bloat" is that feeding ruminant cattle a lot of fine particles tends to increase the risk of bloat in cattle.  Cleaning/fines is about as fine as you can get.  You might want to read the section in Don's link on feedlot bloat and fines before you feed too much of that.
