IL. | Wife and I go to vegas about every two to three yrs. the first yrs. we did the sight seeing, back then we were able to go down into the damn and see the inner works with no hassle, now after a few trips we spend our time downtown, casino's are close, food is cheap and people are a lot nicer,(in our opinion) neither wife or I can do a lot of walking anymore and down on the strip that's all you do! eveything is a half mile away! older lady yrs. ago made the comment: when you come to vegas the first couple of times you go to the strip, you see the sights the shows the tours and WALK! as you get older you go downtown, gamble eat and enjoy! what ever you do set a limit and enjoy your trip don't expect to come home with extra money, O the Freemont light show that goes on every night is great! have fun Bob | |
