It has the Roosa-Master rotary pump not the CB unit.

CB's are rotary Roosa pumps also.

You likely have a gummed up metering valve or gummed up plungers. The metering valve is easy to access under the cover. Stuck plungers usually require a complete teardown to get to them and clean them up. Lots of good U tube videos. The metering valve is very easy to check. I would start there.
