I disconnected each of the other signal/running lights and still had the issue. I had one side light that wasn't even working. Took it out to get a replacement and that fixed all the problems. I checked continuity across that light signal and running light terminals and sure enough they were connected. Always pays to check out this forum and all the experience that is available here. Thanks for all the replies.
