| KSBoy - 9/3/2009 08:33 I've been eating flaxseed for several years. The taste isn't all that great, but just think how healthy I am. Have also tried eating chia seed, also called salba. Both are high in omega-3 oils and fiber. -- If you're worried about getting your essential fatty acids (omega-3 oils, etc), you have to eat a large amount of flax to get the same thing as a couple of fish oil capsules, or adding fish to your diet. |
